topshop...you know i love you
soo topshop will be gracing our hearts via new york this october...but they want to be involved in ny before then. McCarren Pool Park is said to have Topshop be its employee apparel sponsor. apart from the regular festivities of summer concerts(M.I.A, MGMT,DEVO...) and movie nights(Wet Hot American Summer, The Virgin Suicides, Blue Velvet...). Topshop is thinking about bringing along the Helmut Newton Photo Machine and installing it on the premises. AHHHHH!! exciting.

i wouldn't leave my bed...or would i?
Bassike's line of t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters and scarves makes me not want to leave my bed. the line consists of superfine organic cotton jersey and raw hemlines. seems like it would be hard to leave the house, but if the fit is right and the bed head looks killer, throw on some shades(pants optional) and stroll about in absolute comfort.

what doesn't she do?
the face we all love in fashion mags & on the runway.....acts too. i had no clue. maybe i'm alone on that, but...Gemma Ward stars alongside Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman in the summer thriller The Strangers. her character, Dollface, is masked most of the film.
